Tara Cruickshank

 I enjoy being one of the lead singers in our waiata for Kapahaka.  We have been practicing our group song Hepuru titama e. I can't wait to perform it for the talent quest.

 I felt very relaxed enjoying practicing mindfulness in our Wilrose garden. I could hear cicada's, cars, trucks & birds. I was very happy outside. 

 It was great getting back out on the boat for sailability. I went on the ma whero (pink) sail Boat. I had a great time. 

 I enjoyed listening to the busy sounds at Kulim park.  My friends laughing, the train whizzing past, planes flying high above me, birds singing and people chatting. I enjoyed smelling lunch and even better tasting it!!!
